CZ800: Capability checklist and limitations

Review the recorded function coverage, verify complete workflows and distinguish available functions from unimplemented or unconfirmed capabilities.

Based on operating notes recorded on 21 September 2026. This date is not a release version; applicability to your installed software must be confirmed.

How to use this checklist

This checklist describes the static operating coverage recorded on September 21, 2026. It is not a report of successful runtime tests. The original software version was not identified, and the earlier implementation review has not been reproduced for this guide.

Use each result location to check the outcome in the actual software release and measurement environment.

Capabilities that must not be assumed

Function Recorded boundary
Measured shaft orbit Only a synthetic example is available; measured records lack required synchronized displacement and keyphasor inputs
Full Bode plot Only CH1 1X amplitude-versus-speed scatter is available; no phase curve or continuous run-up/coast-down validation
Automatic balancing phase Phase must be entered using a consistent angle reference
ISO standard grading Diagnosis reports Not Evaluated; balancing has no implemented formal standard determination
Pause, resume or reset acquisition The recorded acquisition entry and interface no longer provide these; use Start and Stop
Universal sensor/algorithm compatibility A sensor-type option does not mean all derived algorithms support it; balancing sources require acceleration records
Measurement-point editing and equipment-image management Accessible manual controls have not been confirmed; an underlying interface alone does not establish availability
Batch processing and sensor library The recorded menu entries are disabled and do not form executable workflows
Complete AI operation of the software Only selected queries and confirmed actions are integrated; other work uses manual pages
Software availability means hardware acceptance is complete The original record relied on historical static implementation review, with no identified release or reproduced review; practical validation remains separate

Verify a complete business workflow

Acquisition: identify equipment and point, confirm connection and parameters, observe the actual final task state, find a complete saved record, and open its waveform.

Diagnosis: identify the record and bearing, obtain the actual diagnosis result, review its decision criteria, save the human conclusion, and download the report.

Balancing: use a separate measured record for every stage, verify phase and trial mass, obtain correction-weight results, measure residual vibration, and complete the project.

Inspection: use the execution snapshot, associate a record or skip reason with every point, save status and notes, complete the execution, and generate the report for that batch.

Knowledge base: register documents, prepare model files, finish the refresh build, confirm the new document/index version, and obtain references to the appropriate chapters. A listed document without a successfully built index does not establish semantic question-answering availability.

Using the guide after software changes

The guide's September 21, 2026 date is a historical record date, not a release number. Applicability to the current release remains unconfirmed. See the capabilities and reading map for the guide's scope.

After changes to pages, parameters or workflows, the relevant release must be checked and the guide updated before publishing a new knowledge version. If a capability is absent from the guide or the installed interface differs, the available material is insufficient to confirm its behavior. Do not infer hidden functions or unverified hardware specifications.
