CZ800 / CZ800D portable analysis and field balancing
Hardware, acquisition specifications, software functions and supplied equipment described in the joint product introduction.
On this page
This joint product introduction has no confirmed publication version. It describes a maximum sampling rate as 100 kbps in its hardware narrative and 100 kSa/s in its specification table. It also lists RS485 and RJ45 in the narrative, but USB serial and Bluetooth 5.2 in the table. Confirm the interfaces and sampling specification for the supplied configuration. The feature list is not a verification of the currently installed software.
System and measurement roles
CZ800 / CZ800D combines portable vibration analysis and field balancing for rotating machinery. The described system includes vibration sensors, an acquisition unit, a host computer and accessories. Applications include machinery maintenance in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, mining and transport.
The acquisition hardware measures two vibration channels and one rotational-speed channel. An eighth-order anti-aliasing filter and hardware integration condition the vibration signals. The speed channel includes waveform conditioning and limiting. The source is a joint introduction: it does not establish that every listed software function is licensed on every CZ800 or CZ800D configuration.

The narrative states that the 5 V supply supports polarity reversal. Interface and sampling-rate differences are identified in the notice above; do not derive a single interface configuration from the combined lists.
Database, inspection and analysis functions
Open or connect a database before selecting machinery. Machine management provides Add, Edit and Delete functions. A multiple-file selection mode allows records for several machines to be opened. The database menu also creates a new database and displays the current database size.
For route work, create an inspection route and schedule, then start that route to collect data and view waveforms and spectra. For an individual machine, use New Analysis to collect data. Trends display historical measurement values and allow several measurements to be compared.
The analysis functions listed here include a visible chart legend, harmonic markers, sideband markers, an enlarged FFT spectrum and cross-phase comparison between two selected channels. The bearing library supports adding a bearing, searching by name and calculating fault frequencies for storage in the library. Bearing diagnosis and its parameters are controlled through Preferences.
Tools export the currently opened waveform/spectrum data to CSV and import local CSV data for display. The source also lists English/Chinese language switching and software activation. Detailed operational behavior belongs to the applicable software guide and installed version.
Equipment checklist
The listed package contains one carrying case; one 10-inch industrial tablet with 8 GB memory; tablet power adapter, USB conversion cable and stylus with charging cable; one acquisition unit with power adapter and USB data/power cable; two YD30 accelerometers, two magnetic bases and two sensor cables with circular connectors; one directly wired photoelectric speed sensor, reflective tape and a magnetic adjustable support; and one precision electronic scale.
