Product overview

YD-12 uses a 7.5-inch TFT touchscreen with 640 × 480 resolution. Its internal acquisition and communication board uses a 500 ksps, 16-bit A/D converter. An ARM9 embedded system processes absolute vibration data in real time and controls calibration.

The introduction describes uploading data to a PC or laptop over RJ-45 for offline printing of sensor linearity data, amplitude-frequency data and their curves. The specification table instead lists USB transfer and automatic testing while connected. The relationship between these interfaces is unconfirmed.

Sensor models listed in the catalog

The catalog lists the following velocity-sensor families as calibration applications: Bently BN9200/74712/330500/190501, epro PR9266/9268, Schenck VS-069/169 and VS-068/168, and Shinkawa CV-851/852. It also names BN330400 and Entek9200 alongside acceleration, velocity and eddy current sensors. Confirm the connection and calibration arrangement for the exact sensor configuration.

Communication-interface limitation

The introduction specifies RJ-45 upload and the technical table specifies USB upload. Both statements are retained. This reference does not establish whether both are fitted, optional or associated with different configurations.
