Measurement and calibration

YD9230 uses a piezoelectric sensor for vibration and a PT100 platinum resistance element for temperature. It transmits the two measurements through independent two-wire 4–20 mA outputs with separate signal circuits. The housing is stainless steel.

The source says the parameters are calibrated at manufacture and do not require secondary calibration by the user. It does not provide a field recalibration procedure.

Order the vibration and temperature configuration

The structure is YD9230-A(V/G/D)-B-C-D-E-F. A selects the vibration quantity and range: examples are V01/V02 = 0–10/20 mm/s, G01/G02 = 0–10/20 g and D01/D02 = 0–100/200 µm, with further ranges indicated.

B01–B05 select M10 × 1.5, M8 × 1.25, 1/4–28, magnetic base or custom mounting. Cable C01/C02/C03 means 1/2/3 m. Lead field D00 is direct cable, K denotes armor and D01 is a circular connector.

Temperature choices E01–E04 are 0–100 °C, 0–150 °C, −50 to 150 °C and −50 to 100 °C. Probe insertion F00 means no rod; F01 is 10 mm, F02 is 20 mm and F10 is 100 mm. Temperature measurement span and operating environment are distinct specifications.

The source includes a dimensional drawing and typical response curve but no textual pin schedule. Confirm the ordered probe length and the two output-loop connections using the supplied drawing.
